NZ TAI CHI

NZ Tai Chi has been teaching and furthering the principles and practical application of Tai Chi in New Zealand since the late 80's.  Learning Tai Chi from a young age in Malaysia,  lead instructor Eddie Tan immigrated to New Zealand in the 80's and has continued to practice and teach across Auckland & Waikato regions since then, taking thousands of students over the years on journey's of health, wellness, and mindfulness,

Tai Chi itself is a beautiful art form that can have significant benefits for your health from both a physical and mental aspect. Tai Chi can help with the development of balance, coordination, flexibility, stability, and awareness. The slow gentle movements help to loosen up the body, and relax the mind.
